Correct Exfoliation Tips For You

 Have you ever wondered why our skin sometimes looks dull and lifeless? Experts say that every day the skin sheds 500 million dead cells. Although it seems like a shocking number, this is totally normal.

The exfoliation helps the body to peel off dead cells and Lucas a much more radiant and healthy skin. However, as much as we hear that exfoliation is very important to our skin, most of us don't.


Here are some basic tips that will help you do it yourself, it is very simple and relaxing.

  • Once a week take a bath as usual
  • The other days after rinsing off the shampoo and soap, apply the scrub of your choice in circular motions all over your body.
  • In the driest areas such as elbows, heels, knees, etc., apply it with your bath sponge and scrub these areas with more force.
  • Let the scrub sit for a few minutes and then rinse preferably with warm to cold water.
  • To dry yourself, gently pat it with the towel.
  • Finally, apply a moisturizing and refreshing cream all over your body, take care that the cream does not contain alcohol to avoid irritation.
  • Finally, I want to give you a tip that you should take into account.

For no reason exfoliate your skin if you have any type of wound as it will irritate you and leave that area much more sensitive. Also do not do it if you are tanned because you will lose your color much faster.
