How To Avoid Yellow Nails Stain

Vanity is undoubtedly the main characteristic of women because we will always do and wear what makes us look best. However, I am sure that many of us, as long as we look good, are capable of anything without taking into account the consequences that this may cause.

A clear example is the nails. What woman does not paint her nails? The truth is that we love it, and beyond the vanity, its arrangement and presentation have become an indispensable requirement for any occasion.

Although unfortunately many girls are unaware that this act can also be harmful to health.

Surely you have noticed that your nails have lost their natural color and have taken on a yellowish color. This is precisely due to the excessive use of enamel because even if you do not believe it also in this type of abuse there are serious consequences that can cause irreversible damage.

The nails yellow also indicate that you are using a glaze that is tainting the like and is not of good quality. Nail polishes have chemical components that damage nails, especially those that are dark in color.

If you are one of those who like to always have your nails painted, to protect them, you should use a base and then apply the polish. Although it is recommended that from time to time you leave them in their natural tone for 2 to 3 days so that they can be oxygenated and prevent them from losing their color and turning yellow.

Don't worry, remember that everything has a solution, and this time I have several homemade recipes for you to whiten your nails! Do not try to continue covering them with polish, your nails also need attention and care for this problem to disappear.

  • Twice a week, soak your nails for 10 minutes in 250 ml of hot water and add a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide.
  • At night rub the nails with half a lemon for a few minutes and only dry them afterward.
  • Boil a cup of water and at medium heat add 5 tablespoons of white vinegar. Soak your hands for 15 minutes.
  • There are special files to polish and shine the nails, they also help to remove the yellow. Try to be moderate as filing them can damage and weaken the nail.

If after these tips you have not noticed any changes, and your nails are still yellowish and somewhat deformed, you may have an infection or a more serious problem. So I recommend that you go to a specialist to solve it as soon as possible.
